Like an old oak tree, dig your roots in
deep to withstand the strongest winds and torrential rains, and remain firmly
rooted and established in the Faith of Christ Jesus. Let no one deceive, mislead, or delude you

you with empty philosophies and high-sounding nonsense that come from human
thinking and from the spiritual powers of this world, rather than from Christ’s

I really hate getting up on my soapbox here, but I feel I
should because I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ, the power of God which
gives me eternal life. So if you don’t want to hear me “preach” I’ll say thanks
for stopping by.
Sects of society in the world we live want to undermine the
faith of Christians. Using misinterpretations, humiliation, and ridicule, they’re
determined to destroy our faith.
“When they tell
evil lies about us, we speak nice words about them. Even today, we are treated
as though we were the garbage of the world—the filth of the earth. I
am not trying to make you feel ashamed. I am writing this to give you a warning
as my own dear children.”

Stand strong. Be courageous. Dig deep into God's word to deepen and strengthen your faith. Remember, “Faith comes from hearing the word of God.”
